It’s called Swimply. It’s like Air BnB but for your pool… Hear me out.
You rent out your pool to random strangers (again, just like Air BnB) and then they give you money for it. Each person who’s renting out their pool sets their own prices and you can limit the amount of people. I did a little research and found this one listing in Jacksonville that allows up to six guests and charges $60 an hour! The pool is in their backyard and it includes access to the bathroom, a diving board and a Bluetooth speaker so you can play music at a “neighborly” level.
This is brilliant! I wonder if I can rent out the apartment pool..
