They can help determine if one or more of them are getting in the way of a good nights sleep. They may be able to alter the medication or dosage.
Pollen – We have had a lot of extremely high pollen days. Pollen affects us all a little differently, but it effects us! But… so does the allergy medications you take to battle the pollen.
