We all love burgers and most of us love burgers with fries. As it turns out, burgers are surprisingly good for you. They have protein, carbohydrates and fat. All three are essential to our bodies.
It also turns out (no surprise here) that fries aren’t very good for us. They have lots of carbs and fat and hardly any protein.
But here’s the surprising thing, instead of adding fries as your side next time you order a burger, add a burger. Yup, get a burger with a side of a burger. All because two burgers gives you better nutrition than a burger and fries.
