Today marks the beginning of Customer Service Week. How do you feel about the customer service you’ve received? (I’m currently on hold with customer service as I type this if that gives you an answer)
Here’s some things we would rather do than deal with customer service:
- 30% would rather do their taxes
- 28% would rather go to the dentist
- 25% would rather go to the DMV
- 24% would rather shave their head
- 22% would rather spend a night in jail
I will admit that I sometimes put up with something not working as it should just because calling customer service raises my blood pressure to an intolerable level.
