For the 4th year in a row, Taco Bell has won the “Fastest Drive Thru Service”. It’s drive thru time from order to pick up comes in at just over four minutes.
Even though Chick-Fil-A clocked in the longest wait at the drive-thru at about eight minutes, they also have more cars in line, nearly 3 to 1 when compared to McDonald’s. Chick-Fil-A customers don’t seem to worry about their wait, though, as the chain also reports the happiest customers with a 95% satisfaction rating.
Hmmm…. wonder where we’ll get lunch today!
